A mystical DDH West Coast IPA, Echoes pays tribute to the bitter IPAs of old. A malt bill of Golden Promise, oats, oat flakes and Carapils gives this beer a full, luscious body. Hops are used generously with Strata, Citra, Motueka and Centennial added throughout brewing, then both during and after fermentation. The result is a vibrant rainbow of intensely juicy, tropical aromas and flavours, which are countered with a sharp, resinous bite for balance.
