Throughout this week, we’ve been revealing two beers every day on our blog: one from our BRÚ Core range and one from our Urban Jungle series. Many of these beers are now available on shelves in off-licenses and shops across the country, but keep an eye on our social media for where you can find them (and remember to let us know where you spot our beers by tagging us in your posts!).
Today, we’re excited to showcase our BRÚ Stout (BRÚ Core) and Tutti Frutti Tropical Pale Ale (Urban Jungle).
Introducing BRÚ Stout:
A dry Irish stout with notes of roasted barley, rich dark chocolate and chewy toffee. Oats lend a smooth and silky mouthfeel, making BRÚ Stout an approachable take on the classic style that’s suitable for all occasions. Eight malts give this stout an unctuous and creamy body. Inspired by Brian Boru, renowned as the greatest of the Irish high kings and a celebrated unifier, this exceptional stout is best enjoyed in the company of others.
Our Head brewer, Francesco, puts it simply:
Like all dark beers, water treatment is the key to brew a Stout: it needs to reach the right hardness, letting the roasted and choco flavours to come up naturally. When developing such a traditional style, the inspiration for this recipe came straight from Irish people’s suggestions — who knows Dry Irish Stouts better in this world?
Malts: Maris Otter, Pale, Caramunich II, Munich, Oat Malt, Biscuit, Chocolate, Roasted Barley
Hops: Tradition
Malts: Lager, Pale, Carapils, Barley Flakes
Hops: Enigma, Centennial Extras: Pineapple, mango and passion fruit fresh purees and extract
Introducing Tutti Frutti Tropical Pale Ale :
Inspired by the classic sweets, Tutti Frutti Tropical Pale Ale is bursting with a rainbow of aromas and flavours of mango, passionfruit and pineapple from the Enigma and Centennial hops, real fruit purée and extracts. An explosion of sweetness and a silky soft body make it an easy-drinking beer to delight the senses with every sip. A juicy, hazy pale that’s pure sunshine in a glass, no matter what the weather or time of year.
This is a beer with wide appeal, or for your entire pride, so we’ve put a lion on the can. It’s a real crowd pleaser and one you’ll want to share with friends!

Eagle-eyed Irish beer drinkers may recognise this beer from the Carrig range and it was one of my favourite beers to brew. I’ve been refining it to get the most out of the absolute stars of the show — fresh pineapple, mango and passion fruit.
Imagine opening a bottle of just-squeezed fruit juice or indulging in a freshly cut fruit platter sitting in the sun on a sandy beach and that’s what Tutti Frutti is — it’s like being a child again!
I hope drinkers get as much joy from drinking it as I do.
