King of the roast Lee Doyle is in residency at BRÚ House Navan now until Christmas. Lee gets this title from his tenure at The Exchequer pub where his genius take on the Sunday roast was to let people preorder their favourite roast dinner. He and the team did all the cooking and you carved and served yourself in the pub. Sounds like heaven!

Well Lee brings his heavenly roast dinner expertise to the BRÚ House from this weekend. Melt in the mouth roast striploin of beef with homemade Yorkshire puddings and creamy mashed potato. His personal favourite the Kassler smoked bacon glazed in honey & mustard and smothered in a cream parsley sauce. The best thing is this great deal for €16 pp. Order any roast dinner, any dessert and coffee, all for just €16 pp!

Lee incorporates classic dishes with real home cooking and intense flavour. It's all about serving great food to compliment our award winning beer. Using high quality Irish produce and BRÚ ingredients, such as BRÚ sticky stout short ribs, fish and chips with BRÚ GF lager beer batter (GF on request) or a massive Porterhouse steak for two to share

Lee has developed a fantastic Christmas menu for parties. Party packages at €25 / €30 pp for the Christmas menu. Parties over 30 people includes a mulled wine reception and a FREE bottle of Prosecco for the organiser!
